L\u2019activit\u00e9 principale, un forum de s\u00e9minaires, d\u2019ateliers, de formations et de panels de discussion, se d\u00e9roule en ligne sur 2 ou 3 jours complets. Nous offrons \u00e9galement des formations pour le public sur les questions li\u00e9es au respect, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail.<\/p>\n<p>En 2024, la Semaine du respect en milieu de travail se d\u00e9roulera du 3 au 6 septembre. Le forum principal se tiendra les mercredi 4 et jeudi 5 septembre et une s\u00e9rie d\u2019ateliers de formation publique aura lieu les mardi 3 et vendredi 6 septembre.<\/p>\n<p>Pour poser des Le public est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019inscrire et \u00e0 participer aux s\u00e9ances suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aper\u00e7u de l\u2019obligation d\u2019accommodement au travail, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gnb.ca\/content\/gnb\/fr\/ministeres\/cdpnb.html\">Commission des droits de la personne du Nouveau-Brunswick<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9sentation sur les environnements de travail respectueux des travailleurs \u00e9trangers temporaires, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.madhucentre.ca\/page-d-accueil\">le Centre de justice pour les migrants Madhu Verma<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Aper\u00e7u de la situation des femmes sur le march\u00e9 du travail au Nouveau-Brunswick et de l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale dans la province et dans l\u2019ensemble du Canada, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la <a href=\"https:\/\/equite-equity.com\/fr\">Coalition pour l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale du Nouveau-Brunswick<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9sentation de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cantbuymysilence.com\/\"><em>Can\u2019t Buy my Silence<\/em><\/a> sur les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux accords de non-divulgation dans les cas de harc\u00e8lement, d\u2019agression et de violence<\/li>\n<li>Panel de discussion sur le handicap au travail, r\u00e9unissant des experts <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inclusionnb.ca\/fr\/\">d\u2019Inclusion NB<\/a>, de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abilitynb.ca\/?lang=fr\">Capacit\u00e9 NB<\/a> et de <a href=\"https:\/\/cmhanb.ca\/fr\/\">l\u2019Association canadienne pour la sant\u00e9 mentale NB<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Panel de discussion r\u00e9unissant des enqu\u00eateurs experts dans les probl\u00e9matiques des milieux de travail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le forum d\u00e9butera le mercredi matin par un discours de Natasha Poirier, auteure de \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/natashapoirierauthor.com\/\"><em>Unsure\u00a0:<\/em> <em>Bearing Witness to Justice<\/em><\/a>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 avec le soutien de partenaires universitaires et communautaires et du gouvernement du Nouveau-Brunswick, le forum de la Semaine du respect en milieu de travail propose du contenu en anglais, en fran\u00e7ais et bilingue.
