The Public Legal Education and Information Service of New Brunswick (PLEIS NB, http://legalinfonb.ca) is looking for a Staff Lawyer or Legal Programs Manager to support our core programs. This position is primarily to support our Legal Info Line and Family Information Line by providing members of the public with legal information (not legal advice).
The Staff Lawyer will be responsible for responding to legal questions from the public by phone and email, as well as maintaining the inquiry database, helping with program evaluation and policy development, and supporting our public legal education initiatives.
