Careers

PLEIS NB is operated by a small staff and supported by a large network of students and volunteers. From time to time, we hire new staff for permanent or contract-length roles.

PLEIS NB is committed to maintaining an equitable, transparent, and respectful working environment for all of our staff. We value both accountability and flexibility in all of our working arrangements. Hybrid work is available wherever it is compatible with a person’s tasks; the majority of our staff work at least one day per week from home. Our office tends to be casual, friendly, and engaged. Like at many non-profits, everyone pitches in on administrative work or special projects from time to time.

All of our permanent and long-term staff earn above the living wage for Fredericton as determined by the Saint John Human Development Council.
